A Psychic Empath is a feeling-based intuitive who is naturally attuned to emotional, mental, and energetic states. This allows me to sense what a person is experiencing internally — including emotions they may not yet have words for, or feelings they may be suppressing.
A Psychic Therapist brings structure, grounding, and professional experience to that intuitive ability. My work focuses on helping clients gain clarity about their current life circumstances and make informed, empowered decisions.
During a Psychic Reading, I draw on a combination of:
This structured approach allows me to clearly see and feel a client’s life themes, challenges, and available options, so I can offer practical insights that support confident next steps.
Yes, on many topics. And yes, I believe in the Creator and also karma. Be good, be kind, be generous: all with awareness.
A Positive Change Session includes a Psychic Reading and incorporates Targeted EFT my therapy-based form of tapping. Targeted EFT helps to gently reduce the intensity associated with stress-related topics. This allows clients to process experiences safely and move forward with greater emotional ease.
Common areas clients seek support with include:
and more.
To gain the most out of a Positive Change Session , what helps clients the most is:
Whether meeting in person or online, the session is guided and supported. You are met where you are, and the session unfolds at a pace that feels safe and appropriate for you.
Very little.
You don’t need prior experience with EFT or tapping. During the session, I guide you step by step.
What’s required is simply:
The tapping process often works like a mental and emotional “spring clean,” helping release stress and bring clarity.
At times, the mind may try to move quickly or stay on the surface. If that happens, I’ll gently slow the process down — for example, by guiding you to take a breath and read the words more slowly so you can fully feel them. This is a normal part of the work, and you’re supported throughout.
For some people, yes — there can be moments of mild discomfort. This usually comes from parts of the mind that are focused on protection and survival, especially if emotions or experiences have been held back for a long time.
That said, any discomfort is typically brief and is often followed by a sense of relief, clarity, and emotional release. The work is guided, respectful, and paced carefully, so you are never pushed beyond what feels manageable.
Many clients describe the session as ultimately liberating, helping them reconnect with themselves across the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of their lives.
You may not — and that’s okay. Many clients who come to this work are already self-aware, reflective, and experienced in personal growth. A Positive Change Session isn’t about starting over or fixing something that’s “wrong.”
Instead, it can offer a fresh perspective, help identify subtle patterns that are easy to overlook on your own, and support integration of the work you’ve already done.
Some people come for clarity at a crossroads. Others come to refine, deepen, or stabilise changes already underway. Whether or not this work is right for you depends on what you’re seeking at this stage of your life.
Positive Change sessions have supported thousands of clients over the years by:
Many clients report feeling more grounded, confident, and emotionally balanced after a session, with a greater sense of self-trust, self-love, and inner courage.
That is up to you. I don’t make the changes. I help you to reduce the mental distractions and debris from your past and defensive, stressful patterns your mind has placed in your way, in its attempt to protect you and keep you safe.
After a session, the person usually feels a boost in their mental clarity with the motivation to make new changes for themselves. These can include changes in work, home, friendships, career paths, etc. Not all at once but certainly with the courage to commit to changing what’s not working in a person’s life at that point, which becomes a lot easier and clearer.
A Positive Change Session is most effective when someone chooses it for themselves.
If a person is attending only because a partner, family member, or someone else has told them they “need” to, this work is unlikely to be helpful at that time.
Lasting change happens when a person feels ready and motivated from within. For that reason, I only work with clients who are engaging in the process for their own reasons and at their own pace.
A person may benefit from a Positive Change Session if they are feeling:
Some people may notice they struggle to express themselves openly or calmly with a partner, child, or in situations that matter to them. Others may feel constantly alert or on edge, even when they can’t clearly identify why.
A Positive Change Session can help bring awareness to these patterns and support a more balanced, grounded way of responding — at a pace that feels safe and respectful.
Yes. I’ve been providing Psychic Readings professionally for over 30 years and have worked with thousands of people from a wide range of backgrounds.
For more than two decades, I’ve also offered Positive Change Sessions, which combine a Psychic Reading with my Targeted EFT process.
During this time, I’ve conducted more than 2,800 sessions. Some clients attend a single session, while others return for further support depending on their needs and life circumstances.
Many clients report feeling clearer, calmer, and more confident following their session.
